Lost Ark: Amazon Games kann Duping

So reacts Amazon Games
Already yesterday, Community Manager Roxx announced that the error could now be resolved. There are no more players who get duplicated pioneer packages (via official forum). A little later, another post followed: One is aware that this was a bug. Nobody should therefore be punished (also via official forum).
A few hours ago then a longer post followed by Roxx: About four percent of all accounts should have been affected by the bug. Most of these players have received only one to two additional items through the bug. Royal crystals did not belong. Currently one works with SmileGate from removing all the duplicated items caused by the bug. A corresponding fix will land on the live servers in a timely manner. In the list of hotfixes for today's server maintenance , however, this measure did not appear.
